1 x Office Cleaner (Portsea)

Salary: £9.17 per hour

Approximately 2.5 hours per week

 

Motiv8 are looking for an individual to undertake cleaning duties at the Motiv8 offices at Queens Street, Portsmouth. This will include vacuuming, cleaning the kitchen and the toilets.

JOB DESCRIPTION

 

JOB TITLE:                          Cleaner

RESPONSIBLE TO:           Services Manager

RESPONSIBLE FOR:        Duties as detailed below

PURPOSE OF JOB:           To carry out cleaning and associated duties at 6 Queen St, Portsmouth.

 

Specific Responsibilities

Cleaning, washing, sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing and vacuum cleaning of designated areas to the required standard. 

Emptying litter bins etc and removing waste to designated areas

Cleaning of toilets and washrooms to the required standards where allocated.

Cleaning of kitchen areas, including cleaning worktops and mopping floors.

Spray cleaning, scrubbing floors and resealing with polish (where necessary)

Using powered equipment where necessary (wet pick up machines, vacuum cleaners.)

Cleaning of working surfaces and other furniture as directed.

Cleaning up after flooding and/or any other emergency cleaning

Inform Line Manager of any additional equipment needed to complete role

Order cleaning products for each establishment which cleaning through Motiv8 ordering process.

To use PPE equipment as provided by Motiv8

To be flexible in availability and hours to fit around delivery

Undertake any other duties which may reasonably be regarded as within the nature of the duties and responsibilities of the post as defined.

Have a full working understanding of health and safety procedures

Beware of all cleaning chemicals and have a good knowledge of COSHH
